Appointment Scheduling

Our practice is open Monday to Friday.

As the majority of our patients are of school age, the before and after school appointments are naturally the most in-demand appointment. We schedule these popular times for shorter appointments. The longer appointments for putting braces on, fitting of appliances, repairs to appliances, removing braces, consultations and treatment planning will need to be made from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. This allows us more to see more patients after school for the quick appointments. We encourage our patient having these longer appointments to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than their appointment time. This allows time for the patient to clean their teeth, parent to settle accounts or address any queries.

Over the treatment period the majority of appointments can be made before or after school, or alternatively during the school holidays. We do like to assist year 11 and 12 patients with the out of school appointment times so they do not miss out on important lesson time.
